This job has everything!!

With no plans from the beginning this was as D&C (design and construct) as you could possibly get. Along with the owner-builders, we had a large input into the build from the very beginning. We were not just involved in everything electrical from incoming supply in the beginning all the way through to lighting selection and supply at the end, but also the CCTV, intercom, mechanical ducting and exhaust fan, pit water pumps and more.

The finishes here were varied to say the least, with timber ceilings and walls, rendered internal and external walls, polished concrete floors.

We used the Hager silhouette range of switches and power points, and the matte black on the timber and rendered walls looked especially good. 

Lighting wise we had a great mix of pendants, recessed track light, recessed downlights, LED strip under cabinetry, internal and external wall lights, and again the black finish complimented the timber and render perfectly.
