Here we have completed the electrical works on two new, high end town houses in Elwood in conjunction with MASCO BUILD.  The site includes power and lighting of the two individual units as well as common areas too. Intercoms are installed in both units, which can control there individual access points, as well as the main gate. For the power points and light switches we have used the Hager Silhouette range with push button mechanisms, which is a quality product and really looks the goods. There is a good mix of practical and mood lighting throughout, the downlights are recess style and there is plenty of LED lighting installed in cabinetry throughout. Pendants and wall lights in smart areas give a classic finish without being obtrusive at all.

In the living room of the front unit, we installed two floor boxes which gives the ability for the customer to install lamps or remote electrical items... a handy extra.

The timer controlled garden lighting adds a different dimension to the units at night time, and also offers practical usage with the step lights.

Aside from the electricals, the other finishes throughout made this an excellent project to complete.
